The service

RUXS is software for vendors to manage subscriptions, daily changes, deliveries, khata entries and bills. The vendor, not RUXS, sells and delivers the goods.

Vendor responsibilities

You confirm your customers agreed to receive WhatsApp messages about their deliveries, that the details you enter are accurate, and that your prices and late-skip rules are shared with your customers.

Money

Customers pay vendors directly. RUXS shows amounts from the khata but does not collect or hold payments. Plan fees are billed to the vendor monthly.

Availability

We work to keep RUXS running every day but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own record of anything critical.
