Know exactly how many meals to cook, every day.
Customers tap Skip or Extra on WhatsApp before your cutoff. At cutoff RUXS locks the count, gives your rider a sorted run sheet, and writes every meal into a khata both of you can see.

What RUXS fixes
Late cancellations
Skips after your cutoff are charged by your own rule: free, 50% or full.
Food waste
One locked number per meal at cutoff, so you cook what will be eaten.
Month-end arguments
Every delivered meal is a khata line with a date. The bill explains itself.
How a day runs
01 · 8:30 AM
Poll goes out
Each household gets one WhatsApp message with Deliver, Skip and +1 buttons.
02 · 10:00 AM
Count locks
Skips stop being free. You see one final number per meal or can.
03 · 12:30 PM
Rider runs the sheet
Sorted society → tower → top floor down. Skipped homes aren't on it.
04 · 1st of month
One bill, paid by UPI
Every delivery is already in the khata, so the bill writes itself.
Questions
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Customers use WhatsApp buttons and one private link for their khata and bills. Only you and your drivers sign in.
What happens if a customer doesn't reply?
Their usual order goes ahead. RUXS runs on autopilot: doing nothing means the default delivery.
Does RUXS take a cut of my sales?
No. Customers pay you directly by UPI. RUXS charges a flat monthly plan, and Starter is free.
Can I set my own cutoff and late-skip rule?
Yes. Each product has its own poll time, cutoff time and late rule: free, 50%, full charge, or no late skips.
Is my customers' data safe?
Each vendor only ever sees their own customers. Customer links are signed and can be reset at any time.
