Last updated 10 October 2026. This notice explains how RUXS handles personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Vendors and their staff: name, email and sign-in details (handled by our sign-in provider), business name, phone and UPI ID.
• Households, entered by their vendor: name, mobile number and delivery address (flat, tower, society).
• Activity: subscriptions, skips and extras, deliveries, cans given and returned, khata entries, bills and payments recorded.

Why we use it

Only to run daily deliveries and billing between a household and its vendor: sending the daily WhatsApp poll, preparing the count and run sheet, keeping the khata, and sending the monthly bill.

Who can see it

• Each vendor sees only their own customers. Drivers see addresses for the day's run.
• Households see their own account through a private link that the vendor can reset at any time.
• We use service providers to host the app, store data and send WhatsApp messages. We don't sell personal data.

Payments

Bills carry a UPI link to the vendor's own UPI ID. RUXS does not receive, hold or process the money.

Your choices

Households can ask their vendor, or us, to correct or delete their data. Vendors can ask for an export or deletion of their account. Write to hello@ruxs.in.
